The third edition of W. Kent Muhlbauer’s popular text -- "Pipeline Risk Management Manual" -- was released in 2004. We are already working on the fourth edition and are updating the content based on experience and industry’s technological advances since the last revision. This site will be somewhat of a "proving ground" where the new ideas can be aired. All constructive feedback will be welcome.
